Return Policy

We accept return and refund requests within 14 days from the original date of sale, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or repaired after delivery are not eligible for return unless the issue is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns for products that show signs of use, products with missing parts or packaging, items damaged by improper handling, or items returned after the 14-day return period.

Inspection and Approval

All returned goods will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the return may be rejected.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Shipping or handling charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
